location
We are located at the southern end of Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes region of New York. Ithaca Bike Rental service specializes in rentals to visitors and tourists. Start your sight seeing just outside our door on the Cayuga Waterfront Trail in Stewart Park. This is a very scenic ride along Cayuga Lake. The nearly six mile ride will take over an hour at a leisurely pace that lets you take in all of the sites. The more challenging Black Diamond Trail is also open. It is worth the effort in order to view Taughannock Falls which is the tallest waterfall on the East Coast. This adds about 16 miles to your outdoor adventure.
Stewart Park, where your ride begins, is a gem that is continually being improved. The Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center are both just a short ride away. This is recreational biking at it's finest. You will be surrounded by the natural beauty that Ithaca is known for. Several local sites of interest or historic value are located within easy biking distance. Parking and facilities are available. Browse our picture section for a tour of sites to see.
